Individual Therapy

1:1 individual therapy services. Sessions are 55 minutes. Indivdual therapy sessions allow for an individualized, unique treatment plan that is tailored to your goals for therapy.

Group Therapy/Workshops

Workshops can provide education and tools while allowing for shared-connectedness and community building. Group therapy allows space for group members to feel connected and heard within a group.

Supervision
